are often asked to create a presentation or workshop for a group or audience with
some very specific needs. Often through discussion and email, we are able to
proceed with the development of a presentation or workshop that can suit your
needs. After many years of responding a
wide range of clients … its something we’re comfortable doing … and we feel
successful in presenting.
Learning and Training Needs
Assessments
If your organization hasn’t conducted learning
and training needs assessment of its staff and management team, then it is
possible that identifying exacting needs will be close to impossible.
We have the tools, methodology and experience to
create a customized learning and training needs assessment that presents the
results needed in ensuring a progressive learning organization.
Development
Through consultation with employee groups, we
craft a needs and learning assessment that can be distributed.
Analysis
Once
returned, we then take some time to objectively analyse the results including
comments and suggestions.
Recommendations
We
compose a comprehensive report based on my analysis of the learning and
training needs assessments and perhaps unlike other consultants … we “lay it on
the line” and there will be no confusion about assessed your organizations
strengths and weaknesses. Our reports can be extensive and quite comprehensive
so our clients can expect a working document.
Facilitated Strategic Planning Sessions
The key to any organizational direction often
lies in its ability to set aside some time to plan its direction
and objectives. We take a positive and energized approach to facilitating a
session that ensures results.
We
begin setting the foundation with a basic and “tried and true” SWOT analysis.

Weaknesses, Opportunities And Threats
Then
we ensure your mission and vision are still reflective of your direction.
Finally, we’ll conclude by setting some short
and longer-term objectives that are achievable and sensible.
Basically, this is a session that allows you to
really invest in your organization and make it an inclusive process that draws
forth the very best in everyone.

Sky Sessions" - Advanced Facilitated Brainstorming Sessions
Sometimes,
all a client may need is an objective and creative brainstorming facilitator who
can look at your organization in a “purposely external and objective manner”.
“Blue
Skying” is a process that ensures that a group of people focuses always and
purposely on solutions WITHOUT questioning or rationalizing the generated
solutions.
My
role as a facilitator in this environment is two fold.
A)
Generate further
examination of a suggested idea, support its examination and development and
seek to develop further offshoots and generations of said idea.
B)
STOP the “fire
hosing” from emerging as analytical analysis always appears.
When
we start to judge generated solutions, we start to contain creativity.
Blue
Sky sessions are POPULAR with organizations and businesses that believe that a
